Urban Water is a company that began in June 2025. Our mission is to work with restaurants to reduce water waste while reducing costs for restaurant owners to help support a sustainable future.

As the founder, my goal is to create a movement where sustainability isn’t an afterthought—it’s the standard. I believe environmental responsibility should be built into the foundation of every business, not treated as a luxury or an after-the-fact initiative. Urban Water exists to make that future possible by starting with the spaces that shape our cities: restaurants.

By helping local food businesses save water, cut unnecessary costs, and take measurable action toward sustainability, we’re not just conserving a resource—we’re shifting a mindset. One restaurant at a time, we’re building a culture of conscious consumption and showing that sustainability can be practical, profitable, and powerful.
